How Syncro Uses Artificial Intelligence
Syncro integrates third-party artificial intelligence services to automate features within the CRM platform. This page explains which services we use, how they are used, and how your data is handled.
AI Services Used
OpenAI (GPT)
We use the OpenAI API for the following features:
- Automatic CRM setup during onboarding (pipeline, sequences, score rules)
- AI agents that automatically reply to leads via WhatsApp and Instagram
- Purchase intent detection and conversation analysis
- Smart action suggestions in the pipeline and lead scoring
Anthropic (Claude)
We use the Anthropic API as an alternative AI provider for:
- Conversational AI agents
- Lead analysis and response generation
How Your Data Is Used
- AI features process conversation history, lead information, and business context to generate relevant responses and suggestions
- Data sent to AI providers is used exclusively to generate responses for your account and is not used to train AI models
- We do not share personal customer data with AI providers beyond what is necessary to deliver the requested functionality
- All communications with the APIs are encrypted via TLS/HTTPS
User Control
- AI features are optional and can be enabled or disabled per agent in Settings > AI Agents
- You choose which conversations are handled by AI and which are handled by humans
- AI-generated content (messages, suggestions, scores) is clearly identified within the platform
- Token consumption is tracked and visible in the billing panel
Data Retention
- Conversation context is processed in real time and is not stored by AI providers beyond standard API processing
- Conversation history stored in Syncro is subject to your account’s data retention policies
- You can delete any AI-generated content at any time
